Hi Massimo, We’re putting together a racer’s guide for Ironman 70.3 Asia Pacific to help age groupers race it faster and smarter. We thought that since you won second last year, you’d be the best person to ask for tips on how to pace the race. Our readers would love to hear any advice you may have on how to tackle the race: where to take attack, where to take it easy what gearing to bring, how to pace the run, etc. We know you may be busy but we would really appreciate it if you could spare a few minutes of your time to help us help the age groupers out there race better. Hi- My mother's maiden was Ida Cigana, from Codogne eldest daughter of Matteo Cigana who came to Sudbury, Canada ~ around 1955. Are we related. Also I found out Martina Casagrarnde is also related. Thanks- Giuliano
